Dentistry is a business; your oral healthcare provider has to be aware of the costs of running a practice and do their best to make wise monetary decisions. However, some dentists become so focused on the bottom line that they lose sight of the big picture. They start to see their patients as chores to be checked off a list rather than as people who need compassionate, personalized care. Dr. Sarah Pitarra, your dentist in Corpus Christi, is different. She truly appreciates every patient who comes to her and wants to establish long-term relationships with them.
2018 Patient Appreciation Party
Dr. Pitarra and the rest of our team recently hosted a patient appreciation party. It was our way of saying, “Thank you for trusting us with your smile. We want to get to know you on a personal level.” It was a chance for us to mingle with our dear patients and chat with them in a laidback atmosphere. We had a great time at the event and hope it was the first of many appreciation parties to come!
From Parties to Practice
Of course, showing appreciation for our patients isn’t something that we do just when we throw a party. We strive to demonstrate through our everyday conduct that we truly value the folks who come to us for oral healthcare. Here are just some of the ways that we let our appreciation shine on a daily basis:
- Punctuality. Time is one of the most precious commodities, and we respect your schedule by always doing our best to make sure your appointment starts on time, every time.
- Personal interaction. We’ll never rush you through your appointment. We’ll take the time to answer your questions and thoroughly explain any treatment we recommend. We also enjoy getting to know about our patients’ personal lives (if you feel like sharing).
- Comfort. We understand that some folks get nervous at the dentist’s office. We try to mitigate those nerves with a relaxing, modern office space and our friendly manners. We also offer sedation dentistry for individuals who need extra help to be comfortable during their treatment.
- Follow-ups. Our concern for you doesn’t end when you leave the office. After you’ve had a treatment.
We’re Ready to Welcome You!
Dr. Pitarra has enjoyed getting to know Dr. Sciantarelli’s patients since she took over the practice, and she is also ready to welcome folks who have never been to our office before. If you are looking for a new dentist and have questions about Dr. Pitarra, the services we offer or our policies, don’t hesitate to ask. You can reach out to us via our website or by phone at 361-855-7171. We look forward to meeting you!
